"We dined in, and the fountain drink area was filthy and sticky. We also used the drive-thru, and the drive-thru window looked like they hadn't cleaned it since their grand opening. The wait is terrible! We noticed that the owner or manager makes remarks that sound good, but nothing is ever done. Wish the old Jack in the box was still across the street."
"Today is Saturday, February 24 6:48 PM we went through the drive-through. They asked us if we could move up because our order was not ready. There was no one behind us. They asked us to move up we just requested if we could just sit at the window when they gave us our food they slammed the window in our face and we were gonna ask her for some napkins and she made a face and made ugly noises through the window and she opened the window and we said never mind we heard you and we just left, she was the rudest employee we’ve ever encountered"
"The boy taking order in the drive threw (couldn’t see his name tag) but a tall boy with curly brown hair and glasses, was so rude while ordering, I am deaf and couldn’t hear and it seems he was getting annoyed and coping an attitude when I said I couldn’t hear him and started speaking even quieter, I understand it’s 1:20 and he doesn’t probably wanna be here but if that’s the case then he should express that to his employers instead of being rude to customers. The petite blonde girl who was working and handed me my food was a very nice, so I really appreciated her attitude this late at night"
"We showed up at 9:45 pm 2-17-2022 They wouldn't take our order because they were waiting on the night crew to come into work? 15 mins before shift change at a 24 hr fast food restaurant. We have been on the road all day and only wanted premade salads...get it together ppl. How about hiring ppl that want to work!!! Sitting around getting paid to not take orders... interesting concept. Hire me."
