"High end fine dining here, from the website I’d thought it was more casual. Remarkable quality of food. The menu does not have burgers or anything less than expensive, so take your wallet. Shown are the salmon and the lemon cheesecake."

"I highly recommend Core Kitchen if you are looking for a fine dining experience in Tucson. This place is definitely an experience. My wife and I came here to celebrate her birthday, and the restaurants fine dining atmosphere definitely made the night feel special. All of the food was incredible, I personally recommend the Ribeye, who knew that the side of carrots and mashed potatoes could be so unbelievably delicious. They also threw in a complementary birthday dessert. Thank you and we'll definitely be coming back."

"The setting was nice and the service was great. The food was very average. The filet was somewhat tough. The pork tenderloin was salty. The asparagus was tough but the sauce on it was great. The mashed potatoes were also great. The RAZZ dessert was the best part. Chocolate mousse with red powder covering it in the shape of a raspberry. Wine selection is very good and prices overall decent. If you’re looking not to leave the hotel to est, you won’t go wrong eating here."

"This review is for breakfast only on Thursday, 12/22/22. We stayed at the Ritz, so we ate breakfast here out of convenience. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here. It’s expensive (not surprisingly though - it is the Ritz, after all) and the food was okay. The service was stellar. Samarra was our waitress and she took great care of us! It was 50 degrees out and we ate outside. They have heaters. Highly recommend eating outside! The views of the mountains are just gorgeous. I got the Build Your Own Omelet ($30). You can put in any and all fillings listed, for no extra cost. The omelet was huge and tasted fine, but honestly, I’ve had better on cruises. The hash browns were like a latke and tasted good! The dressing on the greens was a little weird and the greens themselves were bitter. The toast was good. My husband got Egg Any Way ($29). The only difference between that and the BYO Omelet was that it came with 2 eggs and choice of protein. The price was outrageous. For breakfast, I would go out of convenience, but maybe I’d do the buffet next time ($38 normally, but they raise the price for Christmas and New Year’s)."

"Very high end but you get what you pay for. The food and service were superb. It was the best dinner we had while visiting Tucson! Pictured: Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin with peaches - absolutely mouthwatering! (Aside, their breakfast buffet is also amazing- great mixture of American breakfast staples with Mediterranean inspired fare of olives, smoked salmon and cheese!)"
