McDonald's

"I don’t really eat here often. While McDonalds was a place that I used to eat at often in my high school years as I became older I stopped coming in. So recently I decided that I was going to stop in. I was coming back from an appointment and I had no real desire to cook. I stopped in and ordered a childhood favorite, some chicken nuggets. I ordered 60 for my family and I. When I got home I noticed that there were only 40 in the bag. I called in and explained what was going on and started working towards a remedy. I did not know at the time that I was speaking to the manager. She was actually really nice and stated that they would be replaced. I said that I couldn’t make it in that day and I asked if it was ok if I came in another day. She stated that it was ok and to just give them my name when I come in. A week later I came in and the offer still stood. I retrieved the rest of my food and went home happy. I have 0 complaints."

"This McDonald's used to be pretty good. I remember the days of pulling up to the second window and your food would be ready. Now you just pull forward and wait for 20 minutes or so. Not sure what happened but there is a very noticeable difference and the quality of food and the level of service."

"Just had the WORST possible experience, the worst EVER experience at any fast food drive-up. Trapped for almost FIFTY MINUTES in the drive-up line and for over thirty minutes after I had paid. When I got my order. It was the WRONG order and the food was cold, as was the coffee, which was the only thing in the bag that I had actually ordered. The apparent holdup was keeping the couple waiting in front of me, and everyone behind us, to get two coffees because the coffee machine had broken down. Rather than have this couple pull up in a lane expressly for this purpose and serve the rest of their customers, they kept everyone waiting. Because of their incompetence I was cheated out of my breakfast order, most of my money, and almost an hour of my time. Whoever the manager is here should be fired. I've never in my life experience such incompetence."

"Avoid this McDonald's like the plague! I don't write reviews, especially for fast food places, but MY LORD this has to be one of the worst run McDonald's franchises I have had the displeasure of visiting. Order through the app? You're going to be waiting for 20+ minutes. Order in the restaurant, you're going to be waiting 20+ minutes. Order through the drive thru, you're going to be waiting 20+ minutes. Go during breakfast? You're going to be waiting. Going during lunch? You get the point. No matter what, this location just absolutely can not deliver a speedy service. You will get your food 15-20 minutes after you ordered it, it won't be fresh, and you will have paid twice as much as you should have."

"The atmosphere was bland and modern. However, the service was good but my food came out a bit slow. In fact, the manager, or at least who I think was the manager, yelled at the workers to double check their work after a customer came in saying there was cheese and salt on their food even though they asked for no cheese and salt. I'm glad to see somebody caring so much!"
