Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Worst Popeyes ever. Well third time same story. Went to the drive thru each time told to park out front to get my order waited 15+min then have to go inside as they seem to always forget the order and hand out others that come out of drive thru after me. This is hands down the worst Popeyes in Southern Arizona. I have to go inside and when ask what's taking so long they scatter like roaches when you flick on a light. Will never be going back to Popeyes again or anyone in my family."

"Never again! I should have noticed the warning sign of the unmanned mop bucket sitting near the entrance. It took them 10 minutes to greet me with no one else in line and only 1 car at the window. My order was wrong and the manager got an attitude when I asked for the rest of my order. I never left the store but he acted like I was lying. He continued to fix the next order from the window before he gave my missing fries. My fries were barely warm and limp. No attempts at customer service the whole time I was there. The lady behind me just left because no one ever greeted her or offered the take her order. How is this place still in business?"

"Customer service was great but the only problem is when you asked me what sauces I need and you don’t put any in my meal and I get home and there’s nothing in there and mind you. This is out of my way for me to even go back and my child’s meal was missing, the toy and the apple juice that it states on the receipt that it’s supposed to have! I would just state please pay attention more to packing the orders so people aren’t missing things"

"This location is notorious for messing up orders. This time they gave us a small Arnold Palmer and large Diet Coke when it was supposed to be the other way around and then this is the size of one of my 3 tenders??? With these prices now come on..and our red beans and rice wasn’t even filled all of the way. I’m so frustrated. And it’s something wrong everytime we go here, we are polite people but we have definitely had to go back because items were missing from our order. & at least every time we ask for a sauce it’s not in the bag, even after we kindly remind them a second time about the sauce."

"On this our fourth and FINAL visit my wife order fist a frozen mango lemonade. Upon arriving at the window I am handed a cup that I pass to my wife while I pay. Upon paying I am asked “can you please pull forward to the gate” which I know from a long time ago is so they can clear the timer on the order from start to paid and gone. Now the frozen mango lemonade turned out to be iced lemonade. I got out of my car and returned to the window to tell them I got an iced lemonade instead of a frozen one. They said “but it isn’t ready yet so we we just gave you iced instead”. I told them that if I wanted iced I would have ordered iced, but I want frozen! They began to make one and then said “ see it’s not ready” to which I told the Store Manager I will take a refund instead. So when I went to get my credit card I return to the window she says it will take five days to be back on your card so I will give you cash instead. Now the chicken is another story on the same order. I asked for a 12 piece family meal ($29.99) to which I got asked “would you like that with or without bone”? I responded back I want chick with the bone in. After the Frozen lemonade issue we left and drove home to Benson, AZ. When we opened the chicken a little while later we discovered a seriously messed up order of chicken. We found three breast, four wings, and five legs? Where are my thighs? When we check the receipt we notice that we are charged for each individual pice of chicken which adds up to $5.00 more than the the price of the meal. So if you decide to eat here (I suggest you steer clear) check your order and your receipt before leaving. I will not be returning to any Popeyes again, I am done."
