"I’ve been to dozens of JITB locations in my lifetime and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been too. We stupidly kept coming because it’s affordable and close to home. The customer service is trash. When you order through the drive thru and they ask for your order they immediately get an attitude after the first item “IS THAT IT?” The staff acts like they hate being there and get annoyed that they have customers but if we didn’t come they would have a job. We’re always kind to everyone but now why bother when we get treated like dirt. The last straw was I placed an order on the app to not “bother” the drive thru worker and my order was still missing food! I couldn’t anyone on the phone at the location to request a refund so I just emailed corporate. They need to clean house badly, being kind and professional is free."

"Paid 6$ and some change, for a ultimate croissant, for just a sandwich, had 1 burnt egg, 1 piece of cold ham an 1 cold peace of square cheese, I asked if they can at least add 1 more peace of ham. Or warm it, they said no. That's how it comes."

"So it seems like this place late at night or early morning depending on what you consider 3am is, it's really not that great or at least it wasn't this night. They're speaker for drive though is very low except when it's the auto recording they have asking if you want to try a product? But then someone else comes on right after that to greet you? Weird. However there was two cars in front on us tonight 12/29/2023. The first one left and as we pulled up behind the next vehicle waiting to be greeted and given the total due or anything else, they just sat there waiting until it seemed like they got tired of waiting to be greeted and left. So I pull up to the drive thru window and waiting to be greeted and told it will be just a minute as I had a pick up order placed AND told it would be ready in 8-10 minutes which it took us about that long to get to leaving the house which isn't far away from this store. We sat there waiting and saw through the window what appeared to be only two people working and going very slow doing things with bags and I thought maybe they were getting these bigger bags for our order, how I was mistaken. So after pulling up to the window to get my order or be greeted it took about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come to the window with smaller bags and the person who handed me the bags and I could only assume is handling our food looked a bit of a mess and barely spoke loud enough to really here him. He never did greet us properly but just asked if it was an order for my name I said yes and he just started handing me a bag with no description of what was in each bag. Then said our sodas would be right out. I get home with my order only to find out that the two sauces I had ordered were not provided and the worker never said anything to me about they might be out of the sauce. So we took our food and took off back home. It wasn't the best experience I've had at other places or sister chain stores. Really disappointed in the Customer service these two showed not just me but the driver ahead of me."

"Ordered online. Service wasn’t good at all. The kid looked like he didn’t want to be there. And then we got home and I bit into my first chicken nugget and there was a hair in it. Would not rec come wording at this store at night when people don’t want to be there."
