"I would highly discourage you to rent with this company. If you plan on living in the house they will charge you to make it brand new. I filled every hole and painted every inch of that apartment. Cleaned everything besides the fridge and they found a way to say I still owe after they deducted the entire deposit toward move out charges. Forget getting any deposit back here. If you want your deposit back, rent somewhere else. They will also charge you for clogged drains. Don’t put it a work order, do it yourself."
