"Denny’s is The Burger Den….The Burger Den is Denny’s. Need I say I more?"

"We've tried this twice now. The first time we used Door Dash and was told it would be 30 minutes, but it took 1 hour. Our food was cold, but good enough that we thought it was worth trying again - especially since it could have been a delivery issue. The second time we went to get it ourselves. It was difficult to find since it's inside the Denny's. When we got it home (about 5 minutes) the fries were already cold, but the burgers were good and big. It's overpriced, difficult to navigate, and not worth the trouble."

"Thinking about trying this place? Don't... While the delivery was fast, my instructions that I saved to the order were either not relayed to the delivery driver or not read by the driver. They left the food at a random back door in the back of the building (I can't think of why they would not use the front entrance). I had to call the driver to find out what happened. The food was mediocre. The onion rings were burnt and had burnt food particles from other items attached. The amount of onion rings seems very low considering the high price. The burger itself was poorly wrapped and most of the burger was exposed. The food was room temperature. They did not add cheese like I selected in the online ordering interface. Again, avoid this ghost kitchen. Better yet call the ghost busters."

"I love this place. Just found out about it. I do understand everyone’s frustration with having to order online, but I think that may be because this is a ghost kitchen in a Denny’s. The food arrived on time and was delicious. I definitely will be ordering again."
