Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches

"We ordered the unforgettable sandwich and it ways tasty. This time I asked the cashier what is her favorite sandwich and she said the chicken rojo and wow. That is my new favorite sandwich. The chocolate chip cookies are always delicious. Soft in the middle with a crisp edges...perfect. we always buy a bag of them."

"The place was dirty, it was late at night. They must have been busy and didn't get around to cleaning it yet. I ordered a chicken salad. There was no mention of mayonnaise on the menu. I thought I was getting a salad with fresh chicken. I got a chicken mayonnaise salad. It was gross. I hate mayonnaise...my preference...the manager had the cook make me some chicken to add to my salad. They politely took care of my issue. Thank you for helping me to enjoy dinner after the initial shock of chopped blobbed chicken smothered in ooozing mayonnaise. Maybe in the future you can put a note on the menu of Mayo on that sandwich for those of us watching our diet and trying to eat clean and healthy. Thank you for fixing it for some extra money, but without any problem, or bad attitude. Thank you for accommodating my special request!"

"I'm a new customer and the few times I've been customer service is good enough but communication between staff and customer is lacking severely I ordered a cold sandwich each time which is delicious and prepared well but I waited a very long time everyone saw me including the lady that took my order and no one checked on the order after 20 minutes and a call from my kid in the car to be sure I was still alive I went to the counter and yep just like I thought my order was waiting for some time no apologies, no explanation, nothing. Don't know if I will go back and I'm sad because the food is really good I just think customer service is just that and zero communication negates the whole concept. More training should be in order."

"Wow!!! We were blown away the food here is super fresh and dozens of choices. The service was friendly, patient and helpful. While to deco was homey and the bathrooms immaculate—we had a hard time finding a clean table and it wasn’t busy so that’s a 4. We’ll be back!"

"First time and definitely will be back!! The menu is extensive and has so many items i would like to try. The food is made to order in the kitchen that you can watch. It is definitely fresh ingredients. The staff were all friendly. Super amazing people. The food is worth it. You can also get half sandwiches or bread bowls depending on how hungry you are which is great. (Also the chocolate chip cookie was amazing!) The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and outside. Nice anesthetics."
