"This location is always horrible, they are unable to make drinks correctly… ended up having to blend the drink myself once at home, and knowledge of their own menu is that of a new-hire, every single time. They seem to not understand what the binders do in blended drinks and liquid separating from ice is pretty much always guaranteed at this location where it might as well not be a blended drink…"

"I love Dutch Bros and their service is usually top tier compared to other coffee shops but this location is my least favorite because of their customer service. It took over 30 minutes for me to get 2 drinks even with only 3 cars in front of me. They didn't even come out with the tablets to take orders. People got fed up with the wait and started leaving. Once I got closer then the young man started coming out with the tablet to take orders. I found that very rude."
"Mason and Isaac were so awesome they made my day. Great customer service drink was incredible. I was very picky and specific and they were able to make that accommodation for me and we’re very respectful and nice."
