"I went here like 12 months ago and asked the employee to give me whatever they thought was good and I gave them complete creative liberty. Rather than truly unleashing their creative abilities (like Ratatouille) they just gave me a big scoop of just Strawberry ice cream. The Strawberry ice cream was lame but definitely, my fault for being vague with the request not everyone can be Remy from Ratatouille."

"Went in Saturday night for a quick scoop while it was empty, a newer girl was working, told me way too much about herself, and wouldn't take out my filled out punch card and argued with me about how they work. I know how they work as it wasn't my first time using the punch cards. I used to love here and it's gone GREATLY down hill. What was supposed to be a quick trip ended up taking 10 minutes due to her."
"Yesterday I had a horrible day. I was overwhelmed with everything in my life plus my grandmother passing away within a couple of hours. My family asked me for ice cream on top of it, which I did not want to go but I’m a person who can say no. Anyways, I’m glad I ended up going because all I needed was someone I could vent to and a big hug from the cashier-Gilbert who made my night better. It’s super hard to find great customer service now and days. It’s also rare to find genuine caring people. Gilbert was both yesterday. He is truly a compassionate person. The ice cream of course is always wonderful. The Hot fudge is so good! Best one! It’s not always about the food in an establishment but also the customer service and you guys have a great employee.
