"Nice evening out with family. Dining area is a little loud when full. Had the Pollo alla Milanese which was well cooked and full of flavor. Mimosa's take on the Caesar salad is unique and very good. Dressing coats the bottom of the bowl with half a small head of romaine with a lot of shaved Parmesan. Cut and mix yourself. It was excellent."

"The food was amazing! I knew it was gonna be good when I could see them actually tossing the pizza dough in the kitchen area. The tiramisu we ordered was devoured in about 3 seconds, lol. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. When we went to leave, I found that my car had a dead battery and the staff were so helpful; Eric the general manager helped jump my car himself. Thank you guys!"
"Visited the Pizza Mimosa tonight and started with bread, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Our appetizer was truffle fries, followed by the main courses: prime rib calzone and spaghetti Bolognese. Drinks included peach Bellini, espresso martini, and a blood orange martini. Overall, I'd rate the meal a 7 out of 10. Service was decent, considering the busyness. We were seated quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. Despite the crowded atmosphere, I enjoyed the restaurant and would consider returning, though I might skip the prime rib calzone due to too many onions and peppers. The spaghetti was good, and I particularly liked the truffle fries with the accompanying dipping sauce."
