"Purchased a brand new dryer for this company a few days ago when it came time for delivery, they sold me a scratch and dented unit without telling me, I paid full retail, even though I was supposed to pay a discounted rate and they try to deliver a scratch and dented unit. Every time I called whom ever needed to fix the problem was never available. The communication is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this company as I find them to be very untrustworthy."
"They sell lemons. My fridge/freezer only worked 5 months and died and they didn't care. You're better off with craigslist or some other used site. I thought they would have gone through it and made sure it was working good before charging and arm and a leg. Can I give them negative one star?"
"WARNING DO NOT USE THEM. NO COFUSTION THE BALL WAS DROPPED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES. Wasted a four day weekend for an appointment that was scheduled but when they never showed they said was never scheduled. Do not waste your time money or effort with this company. Then the landlord said this has happened several times to their other tenants. If they can't schedule things properly how can they fix appliances probably. Update they came to repair and once again they can't follow simple directions. It was scheduled with my wife and they still call me. They were supposed to give her notice before showing up and they didn't. The technician answer was it doesn't have access to that information. Then how did he get my number? Dusty (scheduler) and Dan (Technician) get another big F = Atwood Appliances=FAIL The owner really needs to get involved at this point with his employees."
