Chipotle Mexican Grill

"UPDATE: As of 3/11/24 I have still not heard from A Manager! I went into this location today and literally walked out once I came across the young lady at the register area. 2:30 p.m. 2/21/24. After ordering my food at the checkout I came across one of the most disrespectful sarcastic unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. I asked if she could top something off and she said that is the serving size I am doing what I am told that's it. I said something else and she said if you don't like it you can go somewhere else! I did mention she should be working at the other location. (They have extremely rude employees as well). I will never step foot in this location again and they will not get my catering business again. The most ridiculous thing is I got a response to contact them and they ignored that as well"

"Customer service needs improvement. Multiple orders have been missing items that were paid for, sometimes poor quality like undercooked rice, and frequently very skimpy portions (to the point where we have to ask for extra, every. Single. Time. We go in or order from the app.) It is ridiculous! If you order a salad and don't receive the salad dressing, or order a kid's meal with chips and a fountain drink, but don't receive the chips or drink, order a side of guacamole and don't receive it, or order a burrito bowl and it is half empty (repeatedly for each) why in the world would you get a good review? You didn't earn it."

"I ordered online to pick up a bowl and tacos. Both meals were inadequate. The bowls portions were so tiny. I’m usually used to smaller portions at this location but this was just ridiculously small. Maybe 3 pieces of lettuce. Then the tacos had a hair in them. I work in food service so I’m aware of restaurant challenges but this is unacceptable."

"This is the only Chipotle that I've ever had any problems with. They seem disconnected from the rest of the locations. Not only are the employees just mad and unfriendly all the time, but they nickel and dime everything. If I get beans and rice in a bowl with three taco shells on the side, they charge me an additional 4.00$ on top of what should just be veg tacos price. All the other locations are smart enough to see its, deconstructed tacos. Makes me feel like the management could care less about customer service and only wants your money."

"It’s the 100th time that they mess up on the order!!!!! How do you mess things up when it’s clearly on the instructions! Guac was requested and not on my that miserable QUANTITY!!!! if it’s too hard to work then find another job to not get orders right that are being paid!!!! And by the way I paid for guac and no guac was added on the order for the 100th time! Benefit of the doubt has been done! Please do something management!"
