"Their chai is the perfect amount of flavor and spice! I highly recommend it with a shot of espresso. The burritos are pretty good, too! They also have refreshing teas and lemonades that I cant wait to try later. Workers are super sweet and helpful. There’s also a nice, shaded patio area in the back for me to sit and use my laptop for a bit. I live across town, and I will totally be making the drive just to come here again!"

"Happened upon this place for the first time just based on a Google search for nearby coffee… what a delightful surprise! Horchata latte… YUM! And not overly sweet, which is perfect for me. Ramses was so friendly, generous, and fun to chat with. Happened to mention today is my birthday in natural flow of conversation, and he gave me the most beautiful locally made pop tart I’ve ever seen! I haven’t eaten it yet because it’s too pretty! I arrived right when they were closing for the day so they were out of their most popular breakfast food items that sound delicious, so I got the simple bean burritos, also YUM! It was too hot in the middle of the day to hang out, but next time when I show up earlier in the day I look forward to enjoying the treats in the beautiful garden seating area. So glad I found you Red Captain!"

"Coffee goers must go! This little and literal whole in the wall or rather cart on the gravel is an amazing coffee destination. The staff is superb and the ambiance is perfectly aesthetic. There is a nice little wood burning stove to keep you warm on this fine cold February day. There’s is a great selection of food and drinks as you can see in the menus below. The traditional latte is smooth and not acidic which I love. The Lavender latte is not too sweat even with oat milk. The chai is just the right amount of sweetness that gives a little nip at the end. Not only is the coffee awesome but the people there care for their craft which we love. Even my picky 3 year old loves the chai … yes I’m that guy."

"Have no fear, Red Captain Coffee is here! We all love a little Tucson hidden gem. Red captain is 100% one of them. I’ve been going here for the past 7 months, they are right near my daughters school and where I need to run errands. High quality coffee, loving staff and most of all no judgement! Want your coffee super sweet- they got you! Want your regular morning run? They got you! Want to try something new but not sure what- they got you! Perfect little burritos and pastries and most of all a beautiful garden like seating area! Last but not least, it’s awesome to grab a pound of coffee when i come by every week so I have some at home too. If you haven’t been here, please go!!!"
