"I was told an oil change would take 50 min but it took 2 hrs. I was also quoted on some items that I don't need. Other items were highly overpriced. An outside mechanic pointed these things out. I'm not sure I will return to Goodyear after being a 5 yr loyal customer. i also didn't get the senior discount that I was told I'd get."

"We have been having our 4 cars serviced here for over 7 years. Under the new management we are now being recommended to replace air filters, cabin filters and other miscellaneous items as part of the every 5k service. Our research shows the filters need to be replaced every 20k and 15k respectively. (Under past management we were only recommended to change out around the same frequency as the manufacturer suggested). Last visit I was told my front breaks were at 30% life, this visit they are 70% life. This visit my shocks need to be replaced and bushings to support the car. While the team is absolutely friendly and easy to work with, I am losing trust in what they recommend. They are generically adding on items to create more income for the company. I shared this view with the manager, and he did not have much to say. I used to highly recommend this location, but now I can’t based on this experience. I am now getting second opinions and looking for a new garage to take care of our cars."

"This place had my car for 4 days and incorrectly diagnosed my vehicles issue. They charged me a diagnostic fee and did nothing to the vehicle. I ended up having it towed to another repair shop who diagnosed and fixed the issue within 3 days. I am sure they are good for basic things like tires and oil changes but when it comes to their "mechanics" I would rather have Stevie Wonder work on my car. At least he could have sang back to me that he was ripping me off. I'd suggest taking a pass at this place for major mechanical repairs."

"As a woman walking into a tire dealership, it can be a pretty scary situation. However, the staff took care of me from the first phone call that I made to the first step that I made to their door. I had a slow leak in my tire and it was not fixable due to the nail being on the side of the tire. Because it was under warranty I am able to take it back to my dealership.. My opinion is they are all honest people who work there. They were kind I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter, the service manager and also Joseph the assistant store manager. Hats off to the entire staff. Thank you for taking care of me. Have a wonderful 2024"

"Horrible experience. Lied me to me about the oil drain plug needing to be removed with some special tool because it was on too tight or something. It was going to cost me an extra $100 for parts and labor of using that tool. I said absolutely not and picked up my car. They also over quoted me more than what the website said for an oil change. I called him out and he offered to give me $15 off, but i immediately did not trust him. My husband had taken his truck there a week prior and was quoted less than me and his car takes more oil. I took my car to OV Automotive and he was able to give me an oil change without using some special tool for the drain plug. I will never step foot in Goodyear again. Complete jerks trying to take advantage of a female."
