"Very Bad Service, No one came to counter for almost 20 mins and Then someone helped and Then it took them 20 more mins to Serve food, What the Heck!! Is this McDonald Service"
"What is wrong at this store??? Order placed in drive through at 1:30 told me to pull forward, numerous cars and trucks went around me, after I had waited 15 minutes, l called twice as no one seems to understand English. Finally after a bit longer my order arrived, I had requested ketchup for my fries, got none. Their 888 number does not answer, but this store is not even an option. I emailed but got no response. This was not a busy store, but clearly excessive chaos is present. Certainly makes one question food safety. My burger tasted like soap. Judging by the other comments everyone is on their phone or on break."
"Worst McDonald's in Southern AZ. I thought at first it was because they were new. They've been open awhile now and just waited 40 mins in Mobile Pickup for cold food and missing drinks!"
"Laziness & careless is the best words I can describe the customer service here, it’s a lot faster to go down to Nogales Az and get your food then to stoping here, its a big waste of time… plus u can tell that McDonald employees don’t have a clue what the hell there doing!"
