"We hosted our wedding after party at Home Plate Marana and we had the BEST time!!! It was so easy planning from start to finish with them! I just talked to Tanya on the phone and easily was able to reserve a spot for over 100 people. Honestly, I think going to Home Plate Marana may have been some of my guests favorite part of the night! They hit balls at the batting cages, played pool, and threw darts all night! Initially, we reserved a time limit at one of the batting cages. However, the staff recommended that we would waste money that way and it would be better just to pay per ball with quarters. They even came out and got the quarters for us so it was easy for my guests to play! Also, the food was so good and affordable! We just ordered a bunch of pizzas and wings which was demolished by my guests. They got the food out quickly and we even ordered a second round because everyone liked the food so much! We had a shuttle scheduled to take people back to their hotels at 12:30AM but people were having so much fun they ended up staying until 2AM. This was the PERFECT spot to end our perfect night!!! I cannot thank this restaurant enough for the amazing service by each and every one of their staff, especially Tanya!!! I HIGHLY recommend this spot for any wedding after party, big celebration, or even if you just want to grab a beer and good pizza!"

"Thought the food was good, really loved the stuffed jalapeños. Tried a chili dog and thought it was good. Beer was cold, the place was clean. But I have to say service was slow / lacking."

"I wasn't that impressed with the restaurant. I imagine it's a fun place to go and consume alcohol with your buddies, but the fish and chips and the hamburger were not outstanding. I probably won't go back. There are better choices in this part of town."

"Seemed like a cool place stopped for a beer, food and some batting cages. Was sitting at the bar for about 2 minutes, three people working behind the bar looked at me walked by. Two customers came in bartender went straight to them and began to serve them before me. Not a huge deal but a little irritating, after waiting patiently. I figured I’d go check out the station down the street. Bartenders at station immediately acknowledged me and offered me service. Home plate may be a cool place but didn’t hang around after getting cut in line."
