"I tried to clean the EGR valve on my sprinter myself. Couldn't get it off so I took it to them. They couldn't get it off and recommended that I take the vehicle to the dealer. However, I lost all my coolant within 3 miles of leaving the shop. I called them back, explained what happened, and asked if they would pay for the tow since they rendered it un-driveable. They said no. It's just bad business to break something and not take ownership for it. At least they didn't charge me"
"They are very rude individuals. I don’t know if they can fix cars because the moment they saw a female walk in they started trying to sell me anything and everything they could when my husband had already called in and arranged the car to be fixed. Randy is seriously a disgusting human being I had my baby in there and he made some rude remarks that were irrelevant to my car in any way so by the time it got down to business I was hightailing it out of there my goodness those guys did not have any customer service only nasty comments and remarks. I honestly thought it was a horrible looking place from the start but my husband said they had good reviews online well let me tell you first hand if your willing to get past the people to find out the service then more power to you but I will never recommend this place to anybody who has any self respect"
"Sahuarita Auto is like no other. My husband found Randy and his crew over 6 years ago and there is no other mechanic for me. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, great customer service, honest and the prices are unbeatable. I referred my friend and she keeps going back. The place is not much to look at, but don't be fooled, this place is second to none."
"This was the first time a mechanic called me and discussed the price vs. time issue. He said if I was willing to wait, he would mail order some parts, but if I needed the car quickly he would buy them for more locally. He saved us a bundle and the car works great. We keep bringing our cars to him."
