"The pizza was less than stellar. No flavor. Reminded me of the same consistency as cardboard. I ordered a large 4 topping thin crust pizza with olives, onions, pepperoni, and bell pepper. The order was completed in a timely fashion and it was correct. The customer service upon picking up was ok. The employee appeared robotic, bored, although polite. The pickup location is only for pickup, and looks like a hole in the wall when pulling into the parking lot. Upon entering, there is very little room for waiting and there is a section cordoned off leading to the rest of the restaurant. Gives it a dingy appearance. It wasn’t unkept nor was it highly polished. I gave it 2 stars because the ordering experience was good, customer service was ok, and it was ready on time."
"Called at 8pm for 10:30pm pickup. Showed up at 10:20 to pick up order but the lobby was closed(web site shows take out hours till 11 pm) and the woman at the door said they had no pizzas for me, would not make any pizzas for me, and that me not having the 4 pizzas that I had ordered two hours earlier for an office retirement celebration was "not my problem"! TERRIBLE customer service! Thank goodness for Domino's Pizza! I will NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!"

"Sometimes chain Pizza establishments don't get good feedback from people who want more gourmet dining. We've actually been ordering from Pizza Hut for many years and I would say 95% of the time everything is perfect. The orders are correct, the quality and taste are good and the drivers are friendly and efficient. The only thing I wish were more consistent is that the pizzas were always cut into equal sizes."
"I ordered a medium pizza and a large stuffed crust with one topping for the deal with boneless wing as a points reward last night (everything was gross) for delivery and the total came out to $72.97 which is absurd. I call today to figure out why the price was so high, I get to the manager on duty as of 4/14/23 at 4:30pm mst and when she goes to print the report she put the phone down and I'm hung up on! Safe to say I will NEVER order from the hut again!"
