"First off we were only initially greeted by a very barky little dog. Then the rudest "Jan" came out yelling at us. We were bothering her by just coming in the store. She wouldn't make a birthday cake for me. WTH?! She left and went into the back as if to dismiss us. We thought we would settle for a couple of nice doughnuts but not for upwards of $5 each. I don't know why anyone would shop at this store."

"Good customer service. Wish they were open on saturday or sunday, or earlier during the week to stop by before work. cupcakes themselves are delicious! I got the carrot and apple varieties. My only complaint is the frosting isn't awesome, it's like the powdered sugar kind, cream cheese or butter cream is my preference but I know those don't keep as long."
