"I have never had a problem with this Panda Express. But today I went through the drive thru and they gave me my order when I got home I opened one of my bigger plates and I was missing a whole entree. I called in and they told me to drive to Panda and that they would fix my order when I get there I spoke to Alyssa and she said I needed me receipt which the person on the phone didn't tell me I needed. I honestly would never drive 15 min just to go get my missing entree if I would have never bought anything there. Really bad customer service. I am very upset as I don't like close to Panda and to drive 15 min just to have trouble with them."
"Always getting ripped off with very poor portions, raw vegetables and cold food, right out of drive through.... I spend 28 bucks and get half full everything.... getting sick of it because it always happens. This time it was the supergreens and beef broccoli..."

"Took a while order even though hardly any customers in restaurant, I think their drive Thu made them neglected me, when i was ready to order, the person behind the counter helped someone else, this was annoying as I was the only one standing there waiting patiently to order. Overall, the quality food was not bad, not too overdone or too bland."
