"The atmosphere was good and the food was very good. There were 8 in our party and we sat for almost 10 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted drinks or brought a menu. Still, after our orders were given the food arrived in a timely manner and on a $220 bill we left a $45 tip. We stacked our own dishes on the table and tried not to leave a mess. I've been a waitress, it's a hard job."
"The Crossing has the best salads I've ever had. I love the avocado salad with Cajun salmon. The wait staff is always personable, friendly, and good communicators. I'll be bringing in a group of 10 this coming week because I know I can count on the excellent service!"
"We ordered three drinks and had to send one back due to a dirty glass. Ordered two steaks and neither were fit to eat. The meat was 60% gristle and I brought it home to give to my dogs. The steaks were not seasoned and were overcooked. I will never go to this place again. Pretty much paid $75 for a draft beer and a baked potato UPDATE: The manager contacted me the following morning and expressed great concern and seemed to actually care about our negative experience. She inquired on specific details related to the review and made things right as far as I am concerned"
"Came here at recommendation of some coworkers. Was told to try the wings. The boneless wings here were excellent. Also decided to try the fried mushrooms. I was not expecting the size of those mushrooms. I was not hungry enough for that. Also very good."
