"Check your receipt and your change. We were told order was $20.56,'we paid cash exact change $20.56. I was looking at the receipt', and the actual receipt was $17.56. The receipt was correct with the items we ordered. I called the McDonalds mgr at Parker az. Explained what went on. She said I could come back and get my $3........ not going to go back 114 miles. I requested another way to resolve their mix up. Waiting for general mgr or owners to call me.UPDATE...March 19 2024, never heard from owner or General mgr. I guess they tolerate dishonest employees. Do not eat here...we never will"

"This has got to be the worst location of ANY fast food restaurants ever. ALWAYS have to wait long periods. The young kids working there are great kids and trying their best, but whoever owns this place is setting EVERYONE up for failure by following the obviously failed practices of this location. The process is excessive if you buy outside the listed specials. Maybe one day they'll change their practices or get new training. But the owners don't care because they know people.... like me... will come for only the posted specials. I give ratings that are deserved. Just because I come for the posted specials does not get you a good rating."

"The people were nice enough. The food wasn't great, seems like they are getting cheaper with it. My biggest complaint is the prices are ridiculous. We paid over $39 for two number 7 meals with shakes. We could have gone to a regular restaurant for that price. Fast food restaurants are supposed to be fast and inexpensive. This was not fast and definitely not inexpensive. Won't be going to another McDonald's anytime soon."

"We ordered our own food on the kiosk, and part of it was still prepared incorrectly. The food was also barely warm. On a positive note, their shake machine worked!"

"Just ordered a large coffee and breakfast special. The man brought me a medium coffee, so I told him I'd ordered a large. He goes to the back, and comes back with a large coffee. When I get to my car, I see he had just poured my medium coffee into the large cup but not topped it off. I also watched him hold the coffee cup lids with his fingers touching the drinking lip and the inside of the lid. Ug! Prices were astronomical, but the two for $5 were hot and not too greasy. Kudos for that at least."
