"We really aren’t sure why this place is rated so high. The food was not good at all. We all ordered something different and it was all equally bad. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but had I been able to see some, I wouldn’t have wasted $40 here. The sandwiches were very bland and dry. We had to ask for a bag for our to-go order. And the company does not allow refills on soda. However, they never state that upon ordering or we would have ordered larger sizes. The employees were kind, not their fault, but the food and overall experience was not good."

"Really horrendous service. 36 minute ticket time for a grilled Italian sub. The place was empty and we were the first or second in line. Ironically, this 36 minute ticket time came after they told us we had to wait 5 minutes to order so they could recover from the previous rush. There was no evidence of any rush nor could there have been as the casino was not that crowded. There were three people working that were friendly enough, but they seemed to be completely disorganized without any really systems or training. The sandwich itself was okay, but it really didn’t not matter much by the time we got there. I would stay away and go to one of the many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity."

"Absolutely breaking state laws to deny a person a courtesy cup of water. Nice kid. However said management told staff to not give water but charge for it. You can give a dinky cup. I don't need you special cup!!!!"

"Who would have thought a Wagyu beef sandwich would be cold as a standard!? You have to ask for it to be hot or you get cold with mayo, yuck! We did not like the sandwich at all, and at $13 a pop, we will not return."
