"We feel so lucky to have had Koren come out and help us with our plumbing "issues" while to me if felt like i wanted to pull my hair out i am so glad the situation was not worse. Koren took his time explaining the situation, giving us options on how to rectify it while walking us through what he/we were seeing on the camera. He also helped us figure out how all the lines converged together and where, which helped explain some of the issues we were having. I am so grateful for the time he took helping to figure out what was going on, fix it, and educate us with ideas moving forward. From the call to set up the appointment to Koren coming out, Whipple by far has been the best company i have ever dealt with for plumbing issues. "I had a small leak by the water softener the guy came out literally turned a few screws and stopped the leak and charged me nothing for him coming out. We did discover however that we legitimately have a whole house plumbing issue and I do believe that I will have them repipe our entire house if that is the case I will come back with another review after that service. My technician was Jesse and he was top-notch very informative very clearly explained to me everything"

Marc Goodwin was also wonderful to help me through deciding what my options were regarding fix or replacement of my 30+ year old heating system!
