Founded with a vision and mission from God, owner Danielle trusted in divine guidance to create a restaurant specializing in smoking meat, despite having no prior experience in the field. The 2020 Heritage Festivals BBQ & Brew Festival recognized Holy Smokes for its delicious offerings. "First time there today and really enjoyed the place. The decor is really nice and very suited for the place. It's definitely my favorite part. Food was good. Tried there loaded potato. It was massive. The BBQ options they offer are very good and goes very nicely with the meal. Got some corn and by far the best I've had in town. The staff was very welcoming, and the man in the counter was very helpful and went around the tables to see if anyone needed anything. The place was clean and well taken care of. Will be going again soon!"
