"It was late breakfast when my son and I went for a bite to eat. I only saw 2 servers and 2 bussers on the floor and they were kinda busy, at least 10 tables each. I can't seem to recall my servers name but she was awesome. Very attentive, our drinks were never empty and always had a smile on her face. As a server myself I was very humbled to see that, and she treated every table like her only table. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a while, and to top it off the blueberry pancakes were on point and the waffles as always very pleasant."
"My daughter waited for 15min for someone to acknowledge she was at the counter and take her name for a table. About 3 people were at the counter during the span of 15min and not one said anything to her. She tried saying "hi" and "excuse" me the 3rd time someone was at the counter and was ignored! I avoided making a scene and we all walked out!"
"Positive employees, delicious food (even reheated in case you took home leftovers), I never had to wait long because of the obvious communication and teamwork. Our server actually sounded so excited to promote the deal for the day that I almost felt compelled to change places and take her order. lol My only inconvenience was I brought my daughter, who just turned 14, hoping to celebrate it with the once popular restaurant birthday choir, but I guess they don't do that without advanced notice anymore. I highly recommend this place."
"I went lake Havasu for the balloon festival and I went to come have breakfast here and the service was absolutely terrible. The waiter only came to give me some coffee they took my order and I was waiting more than 35min because they never brought my breakfast so I asked the waiter to give me the check for my coffee. Keep in mind that it wasn’t packed during the time I went. If they had 0 stars I would give that to them!. So I went to dennys and my service was great and fast."
"We ate here a few mornings during a recent trip and it was consistent. Food was cooked well, if a little slow one morning, service was average to great, and the restaurant was always clean. If you like IHOP, you'll like this one."
