"I live local here in Laughlin and have had a bad experience with one of our local businesses.My step son and I went in this evening to Humberto's Mexican restaurant and the guy behind the counter taking our order was super rude. I just ordered some soft tacos because I just had some dental work done and could not bite down very well so I asked for soft tacos instead of deep fried, the guy taking our order got mad and asked me how old I was, I thought he was joking and told him my age and told him I probably couldn't bite down on the deep fried taco so I probably should have soft tacos and he stated I should go to McDonald's and get dinner. I will never eat there again I couldn't believe the way he treated me and my son I was super embarrassed that I took my son to a place that treats their customers so bad like that. I take my business to Rivas tacos they make any taco you want."

"They are super nice here, but unfortunately you don't know if you're going to get good food or not. Somedays you get great food somedays your food is cold oversalted or bland. I have had times where my assada fries are basically frozen in the middle. But just about every time I go I have to reheat my food and I live a minute and a 1/2 away. They have the ability to make super good food but just miss the mark. The chili relleno burrito used to be my favorite. But the chili's are getting smaller and smaller to the point where you don't even know if it's in the burrito. It's pretty pricey for what quality you get. Really liked this place the first 2 times I was there. But the last five times have been very disappointing."

"Food is absolutely disgusting! Just ordered a breakfast burrito and carne asada taco and I rather eat mcdonalds!! Burrito dry and bland. Salsa is water and no flavor"
