Burger King

"I have to say it’s been awhile since I’ve gone to burger king, i used to like it as a kid but i noticed something changed with the burgers. I thought as i got my burger that i once liked so much it was one of my favorite places. I noticed my burger was full of mayo and sometimes too much ketchup, and i wonder why did it have so much mayonnaise if i haven’t asked for mayonnaise, i said to myself i think this is what has changed the taste of the burgers. So i asked for a burger with no mayonnaise and wow!! Did it make a big change!! I would definitely advise for the mayonnaise to not be added unless if the costumer wants it!! The amount of mayonnaise is ruining the taste of the burger, if they do this burger king will come back to what it was once!! I love your burgers bit having to take off the mayonnaise every-time i order can be a mistake that i make it not taking away. So it would be better to not add it and make it an option instead!!"

"Wow!! I order my food online and arrived to pick it up. They haven't started the food. 20 minutes in the drive thru still nothing. Holy Smokes we've have never gotten Quick service here, but this was beyond waiting. The employees can't multitask at all. No one came to the window, 12 minutes into waiting I had to knock on the window. Not even a greeting. What's going on? It can't be just short staff. I see 2 guys standing around. Is there a manager? Do you even care about customer service? I would say no. Burger King used to be a great and fun place to eat, what happened?"

"Decided to go to Burger King since we hadn't been there for awhile. Food was terrible, buns should have been tossed out 2 days ago, along with some employees! Anyway, after refusing to pay over $30.00 for a couple of whoppers and fries on $3.00 whopper Wednesday! We were obligated to download the Burger King App. to qualify for $3.00 whopper Wednesday. We decided to regroup and purchased junior whoppers @ 2 for 5. Junior Whoppers are now to be grouped into a "slider" version of the their food group. And the worst part of this statement, it gives the word slider a bad name."

"I Ordered onion rings it took 20 minutes for me to get them. I am pretty certain that the onion rings that I had got had been sitting in the warmer for easily two hours at least. There was not a single bit of moisture left in these crunchy crispy very gross not edible onion rings. So I took them back and asked for new onion rings. It took another 20 minutes. So I waited 40 minutes to get one single order of edible onion. Are usually like Burger King. However I will say their food is never really that hot. I order a burger and it’s usually lukewarm at best and that pretty much goes with all Burger King‘s I decided to give this Burger King a chance to redeem itself. But this place is worse than ever terrible service and they cannot make their food right I ordered extra mayo and extra onions and received a burger with no mail, and no onions. When I went to take the burger back for them to fix it, the lady just walked off. They only have two people working there When person work in the drive-through and the front, so how could a person receive decent service? I will never go here again, and I urge everybody to do the same"

"I came here to twice so far for dinner. I have always gone through the drive-thru and it has never been busy. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and a large meal. dipping sauce and a 2-liter. Once I placed my order, I only had to wait for a few minutes at the service window as they had to make fries each time. The staff was friendly and informed me of the wait for the fries instead of keeping me wondering. The place looked fairly clean from the outside. There was parking outside. The food is what you'd expect from other Burger Kings. I'd come back just because of the proximity to the hotel I frequently use."
