"I'm sure this is a good store, but my experience is quite the opposite. First off, I am not an idiot, I know what I want when I go in an auto parts store. If I didn't, I would go to a mechanic. Went in looking for a particular part, in spite of having the part on me they sold me the wrong partakers driving home and only realizing then the part was wrong . I called and was told that's what the computer says I need.... grrrrr! So I drive all the way back into town, return the part. ( at least that was easy ). Tried again to get the part I needed, was told I must have the wrong motor! Or year of vehicle Grrrrrr. I was actually told to get a picture of the car! Left went to AutoZone. Got my part and a new go-to place. Thanks, O'Reilly's!"
