"One person was preparing coffee and there was an enormous line, the manager (in red) did not offer to step in and help, my order was one Venti Chai Sugar Cookie Iced after a 20 minute wait I asked for my money back, as a business owner if your team is behind as a GOOD manager you step in and help by making coffee!!! Also if you have an order for one cup of coffee and an order of 5 drinks for one person why not make the one cup for the one person instead of making them wait? it really is not that hard to manage volume when you are busy, do a better job"
"I didn't buy food, I only got a drink at the drive-thru. But I go here frequently. It's an average Starbucks store. I always order real honey fir my iced green tea, because their "honey blend" gives me diarrhea. About 70% of the time they get it right."
