"I’ve never really had a poor experience here until the most recent time. My food is always of good quality but I’m a little disappointed about the wait time I just experienced. I ordered on the app ahead of time and usually am able to pick up my food, get back to work and enjoy my lunch break. Well when I got to the drive thru, there wasn’t anyone ahead of me and I was told to look at the menu for a moment and they’ll get back to me. I waited about 5 minutes and then I was able to tell them that I just have a mobile order. I then waited 20 minutes in the actual drive thru at the window. The parking lot was empty, and even if there were copious amounts of online orders, you’d think I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes additional to the 5 at the speaker, then also factoring in the time it took for me to arrive after placing my order. All of that would have been fine but I was also given attitude from the worker as if my order was an inconvenience to them. I just feel like with that recent experience, I’m okay without Jimmy John’s."

"This is some of the worst service I have had. I ordered a large sandwich she made me a regular when I told her this was wrong and that i ordered large. She looked at me like I was dumb. I said if you're not going to give me a large sandwich can you refund me the difference. She said it's too late now. I replied with WOW and left"

"If you want the wrong sandwich twice and then an attitude when you ask for your money back, this is your spot. If you want what you ordered, the first time, in a timely and polite manner, find another destination for your grub. If anyone is looking to open a franchisee sub shop, look up MR. GOODCENTS. Delicious!!!"

"I'm a little conflicted about this restaurant. First, I want to say all the sandwiches we had were tasty. I think the sandwich bread is delicious. My sandwich was made exactly as I requested, although what I ordered wasn't too complicated. The trouble with the very delicious bread is its really skinny. I've never had a sub roll that skinny, but I'm sure it cuts their costs some. The meat wasn't a big pile like you imagine a sandwich would be. There were 2 slices. I added cheese which costs extra, and it was a skinny little slice, sized like the sub roll. Plenty of mayo and some chunks of tomato. I ordered the smallest size available, which is pretty tiny but just right for me. I think $6 seems like a lot for that little thing, but I guess everything is pricier nowadays. My friends feel the sandwiches are too expensive for their budget."

"We’ve waited for ages to get a Jimmy John’s! We were so excited to finally get one of their sandwiches again after many years. So we go with smiles on our faces. Talk about disappointment. I got 2…yes 2!! Very thin slices of Turkey and the rest lettuce, tomato. I added cheese, which I had to pay extra, cucumber and mustard. So I got a veggie sandwich for $9! Very very very unhappy about this. Not sure whether to go back or not at this point, they just opened. No, I don’t think talking to the manager will do any good…they have their ways. So Jersey Mikes it is! They put meat on their sandwiches!"
