"Lackluster customer service. Walked in, looked around for maybe 10 minutes. I walked past multiple employees and not a single word or greeting. I was looking for something specific for my partner and would’ve bought it had someone been able to help me. I was able to find something but the middle aged woman who checked out my purchase didn’t seem all that happy to be there either."
"I called because I was missing my order in the mail and it was lost. I was greeted with an absolute brat of an entitled women. If someone calls a business complaining, customer service is listening and helping the customer no matter what. Not copping an attitude back. Yes I called in upset because when you’re missing a $130 order that was ordered from YOUR store, i expect it. You don’t treat them with absolute disrespect by hanging up on them. And yes she did. I knew she was upset. Horrible customer service"
"Hubs & I were greeted upon entering, store was clean, well lit & VERY organized! I’m always impressed with this location, everything is so bright, welcoming & everything in its place! Bought the hubs an outfit, 2 pairs of AWESOME pants for me, a visor a sports bra & some hair ties. I previously purchased a pair of Scuba joggers, and I lost one of the drawstrings on the waist . I brought them into the store and they were able to do a quality assurance exchange for me and I walked out of the store in 15 minutes with a brand new pair!! The customer experience in this store is simply AMAZING! I feel like the employees love their jobs! I believe you “get what you pay for” & I will spend the $ on these clothes because of their QUALITY, their looks, comfortable AND store experience!"
"New store is good. Similar in size and quality to pop up. VERY disappointed that there is no public bathroom. Set the stage, when I was told to go outside store and walk for 400m to Barnes and noble to “go”. Common man. Keep your customers happy and INSIDE the store. I could have easily walked or been distracted in mall. A def oversight. Slightly disappointed that there is no sale rack yet - but hopefully they will bring that in later. Mens selection was slightly less than pop-up, hopefully that is part of the ramp up as well."
