"Dear Zumiez Store Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent shopping experience at your Zumiez store in Saint George, Utah. On October 18th, 2023, I visited your store with high expectations, as I had heard positive reviews about Zumiez's products and customer service. However, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the store's cleanliness and organization were subpar. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse through the merchandise, and the displays appeared haphazardly arranged. Additionally, the staff's lack of attentiveness was evident, as I had to wait an extended period before receiving any assistance. When I finally did, I found the employee to be disinterested and unhelpful. Secondly, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. The salesperson I interacted with lacked product knowledge, unable to answer my questions adequately, which left me feeling uninformed and frustrated. Furthermore, the checkout process was sluggish, as there was only one open register, resulting in a long wait to complete my purchase. Finally, I had concerns about the inventory. Several items I was interested in were out of stock, and there were no clear indications of when they might be available. This left me with a sense of uncertainty about Zumiez's commitment to maintaining a well-stocked store. Overall, my experience at your Saint George, Utah store fell far short of my expectations. "I had a great time shopping here everything was on sale and I had amazing help all the employees were super friendly and one of them being Rex he's super chill and gave me so much help. I got new amazing clothes and shoes and a new friend highly recommend."
"I've enjoyed this store for many years but I've never found the items on the shelves to be for anyone older than pre teens but maybe that's just me. We have bought a lot of hats here and lastly some items are here for months and months like the shoes, maybe they should mix it up a bit but that's just my opinion"
