"My husband and I were on a road trip and traveling through St. George. I have a wonderfully reliable 2003 Infinity which I had just had serviced prior to the road trip. On the freeway my husband mentioned it was pulling slightly to one side but he didn’t give it another thought. That evening, in St George, three warning lights came on, the emergency brake light, the SLIP light, and the VDC off light. Bruce said the brakes were feeling slightly soft. Well, obviously this had to be fixed before we moved on and we had reservations the next night that we couldn’t cancel. We researched the problem online and found it could be a very costly repair not to mention with my age of car, parts might have to be ordered in. The next morning at 7:30 I called the local Nissan dealership service department and spoke with Richard who was great to work with. I explained our situation, he said to bring it right over and they provided us with a shuttle back to the hotel. Within an hour he called with the diagnostic, leaky brake line, low brake fluid. Oh my gosh could have been a nightmare!! He recommended an alignment, with my husband’s comments about the car pulling we agreed. The car was fixed in no time and we were on the road!! Wonderful service!!! Car drives great, warning lights off, no more pulling to the right, we made our reservations on time. Thank you Richard!! 5 star ⭐️ service for sure!"

"I took my Nissan Pathfinder in because it was sounding rough with exhaust or idling concern - they could not find the issue, but stated that I needed new back brakes ($500+ ). Went back a few weeks later because the sound was still bothering me & they installed new spark plugs ($850+) - still did NOT fix the issue. The mechanic mentioned that there was rust by the engine, which might be causing the noise, but wasn't a concern. I finally took it to a local mechanic in Hurricane and they found the issue in less than five minutes - exhaust leak by the muffler from rust! Stephen Wade Service had my vehicle up in the air twice & the mechanics could not figure out the exhaust leak & rust?? Over $1,300 later and still needing to go somewhere else for a fix of the issue. I just moved to the area, almost a year ago, and learned an expensive lesson of where NOT to take my vehicle going forward. The customer service rep, Nicole did a great job & provided proper customer service - only reason there is a Star for the review. The mechanics might need to get some additional training. Find a local mechanic to take care of your vehicle (I will now fully trust Color Country Auto in Hurricane!)."

"I have a new Nissan sport. It doesn’t have an owners manual. Called 5 times still no manual. One person said he couldn’t help then he hung up. Finally talked to someone last week he said it would be here by the 13. Still no manual. I was lied to. Help I need a manual"
