The guy at the front desk—he had like dirty blonde hair, was so nice and friendly! I came in last minute and although they seemed a bit busy, they helped me out right away. "Heading for Lake Powell from Southern California had a blowout on the boat trailer 50 miles from St George. Since my family was an hour ahead of me & stopping in St George to eat I asked my 14 y/o daughter to call around for my size tire and she found Big O had them. Been towing trailers long enough to know you must always have a spare. My spare is 10 y/o but got me there. Pulled up, the place was crazy busy but they were able and kind enough to squeeze in a loose wheel for me. They even insisted on mounting it back on the trailer and the putting the spare back in the bed of my truck. I just might be dropping by there on my way back home and have them do all four. Top notch service and folks, the few employees I spoke to were great."
