"Isolated area, great to get away and submerge yourself in nature... To camp like the old times... There is a porta potty for your convenience too. The waterfalls are just such a treat... The hike is not really bad, I do not recommend it for people with disabilities or injuries... The water is crystal clear and warm...(hot spring)."

"The road was rough It took a little bit to get down into the campsites but my Subaru handled it well. Lots of fish in the river. Lots of bugs Very beautiful. Very secluded. Was warned about rattlesnakes since I camped close to the water. I didn't see any tho. Looking forward to going back again."

"You need a 4 wheel drive to get here, the road down the canyon is steep and rocky. Pack it in pack it out, there is no trash service. Bring plenty of water and sunscreen. The canyon trail to the hotsprings is overgrown, use a 4 wheel drive, atv, mountain bike etc. to drive the 3 miles to get there. This is one of the most remote places in the continental US be safe and use good judgment. Rescue is a LONG way away. The rivers, starry skies and scenery bring me back year after year."

"Wish we’d brought our kayaks! Very remote area. We drove from Jordan Valley OR and the last 2 miles down into the canyon were really steep and rocky."
