"Never crowded it seems I do a lot of work in this area and find this a great place to take a break or eat a fast lunch/dinner, there's the occasional homeless person i have yet for one to bother me for any money or smokes and this area of town there's a lot of homeless ppl. That will ask you for money and smokes.... I work in the area so I know a lot of em and they're decent ppl anyway got off track Linwood doesn't seem to have much of anyone bothering you."
"I may update this later when I can actually get in. I went to use the area for some product videos, but it was closed. Despite it being locked up like Fort Knox, there was feces by the gate, doors & in the grass near the buildings. Not all of it looked to have come from animals either. The parking lot was littered with trash. I am hoping it was like this due to it being closed & it is better during operating hours."

"We love coming here! I wish there wasn’t so much trash on the grounds, but I don’t blame the city for that. I blame people who don’t care for their city the way it deserves! My kids love this splash pad. Super accessible and lots of fun features — we love the waterfall and the turf hills!"
