"Chris came out and found a leak. We paid him and he stated and his paperwork stated in writing if it was still leaking notify him and he would come back and fix it. We notified him 3 days after he came and he told me to seal my main drain, which I did. I let him know the next day it was still leaking. He made an appt to return on Sept 7, 2023. We waited and the day he was supposed to show up he text and said his van broke down and that he would contact us to reschedule. We never heard from him so we started calling and texting with no more responses. We have not heard anything from him as of this posting and still have a pool leak. Please beware as he does not stand behind his service. Cost $350.00"
"My pool has been leaking for 13 years. I had two other companies come out over the years and no one could find the leak. It took a while, but Chris’ diligence and persistence pinpointed the leak and repaired it and it hasn’t leaked at all. Nice guy who knows his business. Thanks Chris."
"Have had him out for years before each pool closing. aside from no personality and curt over the phone had done decent job in years past. This year came out and was told no leak in pool. I closed the pool and immediately started to notice a slow decline in levels. Fast forward four months and this is my pool now in pictutes. Liner pulled off edge from edge and will need replaced. water level at 3 inches, cover torn and pulled away concrete slabs from the foundation. This will be a very expensive repair. Was not present at the time of his leak location this fall and am wondering if it was even done or just take the check and go. Sorry Chris this is not great care."
"We couldn't be happier. After I was unable to locate the leak in our pool, I decided to call a professional. Chris quoted his price upfront, scheduled the appointment, arrived on time (he was actually 20 minutes early), located two leaks in our pool liner, patched the leaks, and verified the repairs. It was fantastic to wake up today to the same water level in our pool... He was personable and professional. I hope we don't need his service in the future, but I will certainly call him again if we do."
