She said she had no idea, try google, like the same google if she needed to know where to get a covid booster. That's the perfect way to lose the customer at the absolute first opportunity. If the goal is to drive people away with zero customer service, 5 stars... Edited to respond back. Your retail staff said the designer would probably know. There was no invite to speak with anyone or to sit down at any time. Thankfully I now know where to go for covid boosters."
