"Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers. They were able to work with me and help me build a beautiful arrangement and then when the recipient’s plans changed on her birthday, the flower shop was able to make a special exception for me and get the flowers delivered early in the morning so they could be enjoyed before the recipient had to leave for the day. I had used 1-800-flowers in the past and been very underwhelmed, however, Lily Lace is the complete opposite and really went the extra mile with both the arrangement and wonderful customer service!!! I highly recommend!!!!"
