"If I could do 0 stars I would. Working with KBS has been an absolute nightmare, especially their joke of a management team. So unprofessional, their emails are so illiterate.. anytime we brought up concerns their manager Samuel 'Clint' Wolfley would be the one to respond and I honestly have no idea how that guy is in a management role to begin with, but he'd come into our building and run his fingers along door edges and tops of stalls and make comments about the dust and how he will get a supervisor in that night with his team to take care of that.. guess what? IT WOULD NEVER GET TAKEN CARE OF. Save yourselves the headache and disappointment... pay a little more for a better cleaning company who actually has integrity and cares. I'm honestly shocked they're still in business. Good riddance to you alll!"
