"I was skeptical of the quality of work I would get as when I was getting quotes they were anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of the other bids I received. I had a small male dog who all of the sudden decided to mark every corner of our house. Marked beds, couches dressers. If there was a corner he marked it. I did not think they would be able to get all the spots let alone close enough in the corners to get it all out. Steve, one of the owners made sure to take off the vents even to make sure they were properly cleaned as well. They treated any an all spots, they used hot water, they allowed me to push back my apt. Twice with not even a hesitation. They said they understood life happens. I’m so happy with the quality of work they did. He did not cut any corners. Made sure I was happy with every room. He even did the stairs bottoms and faces. They have fans if you need to have your carpets dry faster. Did not skip the closets. They are owner operated located here in Ada county so I Love the fact that I’m doing business with a local company. Beyond happy! I give them 100% plus all the bonus point for all the extra care they gave with attention to detail. Not to mention getting out my pet stains. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!"
