Was all 14k and some how the pieces are now 10k and now states she don’t sell 14k gold here but I bought my necklace here. Just came for my pieces and states it was only the hoop part and the hook was just fixed not changed. So she DID change my gold. And now is arguing with customer. And says no 14k sold here . Can some one explain how this jewelry store who sells gold no long has 14k but are in the glass boxes and state 14k .."
