His equipment is excellent and he took great care to ensure our carpets were clean and went above and beyond any carpet cleaning service we have ever used. The drape he hung over the open door where the hose came through kept flies out and temperature controlled, the bumpers he used on wall and baseboard corners eliminated any possible damage from dragging the hose, the large fans he brought facilitated in the drying process and the carpets were clean, fresh smelling and spotless with no cleaner residue. This was the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced. We highly recommend Clearwater and Erik. You will not be disappointed."
