"I have been using Welch for a couple of years, no problems, no issues. Recently took a sweater set in to be cleaned. It was a bright pink sleeveless sweater with a matching cardigan. When I picked it up it looked as if it had been laundered with blue jeans. Faded and a little discolored. - I know accidents happen, and it wasn't brand new to begin with, so I left it there, after paying for the cleaning. I expected, at the very least, a phone call to apologize. I received nothing, not an, "I'm sorry that happened," or a "What can we do to make it right?" There are too many quality establishments to continue to support Welch Cleaners. They lost me forever as a customer and a reference."
