"Picked up my clothes today. Got a text earlier in the week to receive 30% off. Was told I could not use the code for the discount. Lady told me that the discount code has to be used when dropping clothes off. Cannot be used when picking them up. Doesn’t make since to me. How do I really know I’m getting the discount? "My dress was dry cleaned and steamed in time for the wedding to perfection. The customer service was outstanding..I even got a bag of goodies and coupons. Definitely recommend!"

"Dropped off 2 men's dress shirts on a Monday and was told to pick up after 4pm on the following Wednesday. I went on Thursday to pick up and I was told from the ticket that they gave me i gave back to them that they had nothing for me. If it wasn't for the fact they I had a picture of the shirts they would not have found them. Then after waiting for over 20 mins for them to find them they wanted to charge me full price. Of course I refused and made the girl call her mom the Manager because I felt for the poor service they needed to discount the price and they went down from 6.57 to 4.98. Do Not go here. Bad Business and they loose your stuff and tell you to come back after they find it then want to charge you full price when they inconvenienced you."

"Elite Cleaners was recommended to me by my grandma, who couldn’t say enough nice things about Ben and the business in general. Let’s forget the fact that I am in my mid 30s and have pretty much never used dry cleaning services ever…I submitted a request for pick up during the late evening one day and was immediately met with a response and offer to pick up my items the next day. I did not expect such a quick response, so I missed it in my email the first time around. Ben was flexible and rescheduled me for another day, and then my entire family came down with an illness. So he happily rescheduled me a second time around for the next week. They drove all the way to Derby to pick up my items. I had read that you should mention any current coupon codes when they drop everything off. My scheduled drop off was for a Monday. On the Friday before, they called to obtain my payment info, and for whatever reason, it did not cross my mind to mention the coupon code. Once I saw the charge go through, I emailed Ben to ask if it’s better to mention the code before drop off next time to ensure I get any discounts. He immediately replied that he had credited my account with the amount I would have been discounted. My items were returned to me Monday: they looked brand new, all 3 of my comforters in new comforter bags, a $10 bill returned that I had apparently left in a pocket of one the coats, plus a bag full of welcome goodies (candy, coupons, pens, etc) for being a new customer. Don’t foresee myself ever needing services from any other dry cleaning company than Elite. Thank you, Ben!"
