Brian knows his stuff (the science behind cleaning solutions) and he’s passionate about his work! Unbelievably, he spent the bulk of his Easter weekend at our home, deep cleaning our stone flooring and sealing it properly. It looks absolutely incredible! He even left a note of gratitude afterward, but we’re the grateful ones. I never knew our flooring could look so beautiful! When I made a carpet cleaning appointment over the phone with him, he explained what he does and why he does it, in order to get a wonderfully cleaned and sanitized carpet. I knew what to expect from our conversation and had no apprehensions in hiring him. He was punctual on the day-of and worked dilligently and in a timely manner. Our carpets look just beautiful and my home smells fresh. I was absolutely stunned and pleased that Brian was able to remove some very old, caked-in dog vomit spots that were hidden, therefore I never knew to give them attention, until we began emptying the space. Amazingly, the carpet in those spots looks like there was never a mess! I would absolutely recommend Brian and hire him again."
