"We have been taking our dog to Bubbles and Bows Pet Spa in Rathdrum every 3 months for over a year and half with no issue we even give a $10 + tip after each grooming. My dog is medium size long hair and weight 45lb. My wife called in to schedule an appointment and got declined by the lady who answered the phone. She said that our dog is over there weight limit. Again we are not a new customer. Very disappointing to be treated that way. We were a loyal customer. If your dog waighs over 45lb take them somewhere else."
