"Whenever we’ve succeeded in getting ahold of this business, the results were great! Unfortunately she constantly reschedules and isn’t always available when she says she is. One time she rescheduled on us four times in the space of a week due to a personal emergency, then promised us she’d be available at a certain time, only for me to go there and stand outside knocking/waiting for half an hour. Super frustrating! Ymmv"
